At Access Padel, we aim to provide a fair and transparent experience for all players.

For all events that use the booking platform "Playtomic", we abide by their refund policy. 

Playtomic's refund policy for tournament registration typically allows for a full refund if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the event.

In terms of the league, you can usually cancel your spot in a league before the first round starts, and the refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original payment.
