Welcome to Access Padel. By using our website, booking our events, or participating in any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your relationship with Access Padel and outline your rights, responsibilities, and the rules you agree to by engaging with our brand.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings for tournaments, leagues, corporate events, or training camps must be made through our website or approved booking platforms (e.g., Playtomic). Full payment is required to secure your spot unless otherwise stated. Access Padel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances, with refunds or alternatives offered as appropriate.

Cancellations & Refunds
​
Refunds are available if cancellations are made more than 24 hours before the event. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be refunded unless the event is cancelled by Access Padel (e.g., due to weather or insufficient players). See our Refund Policy for more details.
Participant Conduct
​
All participants must respect fellow players, staff, and the venue. Unsportsmanlike behaviour, abuse, or damage to equipment or facilities may result in removal from the event without refund.

Health & Safety
​
By participating in Access Padel events, you confirm that you are physically able and medically fit to take part. You take part at your own risk, and Access Padel accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage incurred during an event, except where caused by proven negligence.

Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of these images unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the event.

Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and materials on this website are the property of Access Padel and may not be copied, used, or redistributed without written permission.
Updates
​
Access Padel reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
